A. you can eat in small portion. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
