Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
Vritika AroraMom of a 4 yr 11 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom. 10 months baby can take around 100 ml of water in a day. But can be more or less also.. To keep ur baby hydrated u can also give coconut water, buttermilk, carrot Juice, cucumber etc. Take care
