what precautions i can take to avoid cervical ectropian. i had 2 episodes of cervix spotting. i am at 25 weeks currently.

A. Hey! You should rest well as per your doctors advice. Do not overstrain or overstress yourself into anything. Try reading good books and keep your thoughts. Positive and hopeful. Regarding any medication to be taken, you need to get in touch with your consulting gynaecologist.
