Q.

#Asktheexpert I had cervical cerclage in my 1st pregnancy at 15.4 weeks as cervix had started opening & had c-section at 9 months complete. Now i m 20 weeks pregnant with internal os closed and cervix length 30 mm. Should i get cervical cerclage done again as cervix length is less? My doctors are also confused

A. As such there is no need to get cerclage now because the internal os is anyhow closed and also the length of the cervix is 3 cm. Any length of 2.5 cm or less is prone for cervical incompetenceWrite Your Answer Here

A. my husband is detecyed covid positive.. me and my daughtervhave stayed wity him for last 3 days.. now my daughter is havibg fever ( temparature- 37.5 F). id it covid.. what should i do?

A. Yeah not very sure. Take care. Make sure you have your supplements properly proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
