AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. U can eat whatever is cooked at home. There is no restrictions on that. Avoid eating spicy junk packed food. Avoid having alcohol, caffeine during breast feed
