what kind of excercise i should to do to flat my tummy which has grown bigger after c section delivery

A. hi mom u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar foods and do yoga brisk walk cycling etc acc to ur comfort zone

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Tummy exercises should help. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
