#AskTheExpert hi doc I just want to know after c section what kind of excercise can I start after 2 weeks of delivery

A. start walking avoid vigrous exerciseTake a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

A. hi no no exercises or any kind of workout. do it only after 6 months of delivery. till that , you can go for walk every take low fat , high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits, more avoid taking junk food items.
