A. Hi mom To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan, prnayaam, bhujang aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. U can also do abs and crunches. Make sure that ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
