Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
Try to prevent temfperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. ir is the steam .For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .
