What is the right time to start normal food to after c section?

See what do you consider normal food I have no idea about it but as far as I know even after C-section the basic food that should be eating healthy throughout your pregnancy you can have less oily not spicy like basic spices that’s about it and avoid junk food at least at least for 40 days minimum rest when we eat regular food that’s the normal food
