what is the minimum amount of folic acid is required during pregnancy?

A. mostly folic acid supplement 5 mg is being advised to the pregnant patients which provides adequate dose. you should have proper nutrition along with water intake and regular daily walking to maintain good health during pregnancy

A. hi parent one to two cups of curd would fulfill all the folic acid required for you please take supplements as suggested by your doctor use simply purified water having tds higher than 459
