ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 months agoA. Namaste Mom There are a number of variations you can take rice and mix of dals such yelllow moong tur red and chana dal wash them sun dry and later dry roast it and make a fine powder out of it and mix it together and store in an air tight container
