You Should actually go ahead with giving beetroot spinach good amount of broccoli and pomegranate should be given to the child these are the most rich supplements of iron in vegetarian things apart from that if you want you can go ahead with meat and all also but right now this is going to be the best option in terms of vegetarian diet
