Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana.
Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lauki, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.
