RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Mustard oil is the best to go for You can just heat the mustard oil to the boiling point and add some chopped garlic and carom seeds to it and once it cools down then you can do a massage with your child with warm not hot not cold just warm oil
