What I should be doing to improve my toddler’s immunity during Monsoon? Please advise me

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician1 Year agoA. The trick to good immunity is good nutrition. Make sure that you are giving ample of fruits and vegetables and salads in your child’s diet. Hydration should be enough. Make a habit of hand washing on regular basis before meals.

Avoid giving fried food and anything which has cold consistency or cold food to the child drinks to the child that’s going to be just enough if you maintain that then that’s going to be good avoid switching of temperature is very quickly and that’s about it that’s important
