A. diet modification is the key as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your diet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help. thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.keu

A. hi mam,here I suggest you some tips to reduce your tummy fat : 1.as it has been 8 months after delivery ,you can start to do abdominal exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, swimming etc. or you can start to do pranayam or Suryanamashkar . 2.take food items like Ragi, sprouts, oats etc which can help you in reducing your weight. 3 . Avoid taking processed oily spicy food. 4.Drink ajwain water or you can also take luke warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
