A balanced meal which includes all the food groups is necessary.
apart from that include seasonal fruits and vegetables likes mangoes , oranges , ice apples, watermelon, grapes , etc
include hydrating beverages like coconut water , lemon water , buttermilk, aam Panna, infused water , sattu drink, fresh fruit juice without sugar etc.
Include curd in meals.

Hi You can give all kind of food to the child basically what you need to work upon is that you should be feeding light food to the child not heavy you don’t like which is difficult to digest or something go ahead with the lighter side of the food and really good amount of liquid and you know varieties of curd is very good to go for
