A. Dear mum, after 1 year, you can give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at home. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products every day. Add ghee to every meal.
