what exercises can i start doing from 45th day after a c section?

A. in case you had a c-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly. so wait till that time. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles

A. Try to build up gradually and stop if you have any pain. Once you have recovered from your c-section and no longer have any pain, it's usually safe to start low-impact exercises, such as swimming, pilates, yoga, gentle jogging and low resistance gym work.
