How many weeks after a C-section we can start core exercises ?

A. After C-section delivery, it is recommended to start with some light exercise only after 5-6 weeks depending on the scar and stitches healing. Begin with brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Do not put stress on the stitches and whenever you feel uncomfortable, stop doing it.
