RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 days agoA. The food that we eat roti sabji Dal rice Paratha all the healthy food fruits vegetables everything that we are consuming for breakfast lunch and dinner should be given to the child just make sure to add little more proteins into the diet that you offer
