It is recommended for breastfeeding mothers to consume an additional 500 calories per day to support milk production.
Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is also important. Limiting or avoiding foods high in sugar, caffeine, and processed ingredients is advisable. Consulting a healthcare provider or a nutritionist can provide personalized guidance based on individual needs and dietary preferences.
Prioritizing self-care, rest, and stress management are integral parts of maintaining overall health while breastfeeding.

You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Please masaage baby hair with BabyHug coconut oil and leave overnight. Also use a sulphate free and paraben free shampoo like MamaEarth shampoo to wash baby hair. Thanks and take care
