A. dear mum , as a breastfeeding mother ur energy n nutrient requirements are high so avoid drastic diet restrictions balanced diet variety food groups whole grain /millets , lean protein from legumes beans sprout dal soya / egg lean chicken fish , nuts oilseeds , veg fruit 2-3 lt water control sugar jaggery , high fat oily salty foods , processed packaged foods
