What are the mandatory vaccines for babies in the first year?

A. At birth – BCG, Hepatitis B (birth dose), and OPV (polio). At 6, 10 & 14 weeks – Pentavalent, Polio (OPV/IPV), Rotavirus, and PCV. At 9 months – Measles/MR vaccine (and JE in some areas). These vaccines protect babies from serious diseases like tuberculosis, polio, hepatitis, measles, and pneumonia.
