A. Namaste Mom, That would be to include varied varieties of foods such as Cereals and millets, milk and products such as curds, ghee, panner etc ,eggs, chicken , fish if preferred, dals, chana , lobia etc seasonal fruits , vegetables as well

A. You should give a balance nutrition that include all kind of foods fruits and vegetables in the diet of your child and good proteins are very important if you can avoid giving sugar and junk food and packet food nothing is better than that for the health of the child
