what are the black marks on his bumper? they are there from his birth. you also could see how dry his skin is in the picture could pls suggest any lotion or oils for dryness.

Do oil massage or milk cream massage. Use baby lotion after bath. Milk cream acts as natural moisturizer gives smooth and glowing skin.
