A. The red bumps in cheeks is due to winter dryness or eczema. While bathing for baby use Luke warm water and avoid fragranced products and moisturise baby daily two times a day with Aveeno Baby Dermexa Moisturising Cream. It is the best option it is gentle fragrance free and helps to soothe dry skin keeps baby’s skin moisturised.
