* Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

please do the following things:
do exercises or yoga regularly .
walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
