weight 9.5 pure vegetarian what to give to increase weight fast? she is active not on mother milk. likes to eat sweet items more.

A. What is the age of your child you have not mention anything and then you are saying want to gain weight fast and every thing to say nothing happens over night a proper diet is going to be important and other than sweet your child has to learn to eat proper salty food whatever is been made at home which is what is going to be helpful for weight gain and that too over the period not fast
