NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello..Avoid underwire bras or any bra that's tight and puts pressure on your breasts. Tight bras and underwires can cause plugged milk ducts or mastitis .. Any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
