ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's not advice, Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland. Sweetening of food/porridges are not recommended. tv

Salt you can use but there is a replacement to sugar that could be date set up a date powder or you can go ahead with using jaggery powder as well whatever you want to go ahead with you can use for sugar practically cannot be given before the age of one year one year
