when we give salt n sugar for babies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. ur baby is 9 month old, you may give food with no salt n sugar till 1 yr of age. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland
