Hi There is no specific position that I can tell you you can ask your doctor basically I would just like to tell you after you consummate it what you have to do is that just to keep a pillow under your bums So that your body is a little higher position for this sperm to reach your eggs this is what you can do don’t wanna pass urine for at least 2 to 3 hours after that this is how the chances of conception is going to be better
