A. hello mom, go for homemade healthy and nutritious diet full of protein like paneer egg Tofu different salads and seasonal fresh vegetables avoid eating very spicy and constipating food items also do exercises like brisk walking or floor exercises and do talk to your gynecologist or physician for Folic acid tablets
