we are expecting the second one 6th week is running. my wife is feeling cold every day, and headache aur bookh bi nahi lagrahi hai. akser vometing feel marti hai

A. this can occur due to hormonal changes so it is advisable that if it is not improving with easily digestible food and water intake you should visit the doctor as soon as possible
