A. Hello mom You should start doing your regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning it will help in losing weight fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
