A. Hello w Once you baby turned six months old then you can start doing yoga regularly it will help you lose weight fast. Yoga is very effective in loosing weight. Rather than this also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
