what should I do for losing my weight after delivery, fat in tummy area hip and thigh and dealing with problem of constipation and gastric

A. Hi, start with yoga,yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and reduce your tummy and get back into shape and tighten your skin post delivery. Avoid oily and spicy food. And take a five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller interval. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water fresh fruit juice made at home and water and keep yourself hydrated.Write Your Answer Here
