usually mine is loose lower belly ,my both pregnancies was normal delivery now I have 2m kid,I want to loose belly fat is it possible now

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yeah.. it's possible. Just take some lukewarm water and add some lemon juice and honey to it. Mix together and drink this water in the morning. . eat healthy n do regular exercise

Hi.Your baby is just two months old.i want to tell you the fact.you had delivery just two months ago.its takes lot of time and patience to loose belly fat.it includes a strict diet and exercise. just drinking something won't make you loose belly fat.Still you are in feeding may be if so you should take more healthy food and eat more.There is still more to experience. From 4th month onwards hair fall starts.All your hormones has to settle down which has gone up and down in pregnancy. Generally our body comes yo before condition one year after delivery. please wait atleast your baby turns 8 to 10 months.Im saying this with experience. I'm a nutritionist.
