up to now I didi gvn salt sugar to baby in any food now he is 9 months old can I gv frm now or whn shld I add salt sugar oil other sipces

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, at the age of 9 months, you can add little bit of sugar to your baby's food. however, you should not add salt. salt can be added only after 1 year.
