if you're child now happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
it is happened due to indigestion
please give easily digestible food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya etc
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid
if necessary please consult with your pediatrician about this matter
