A. Hello to loose your weight you should walk regularly and do exercise. Avoid fatty foods, fried foods, processed foods, packaged foods, carbonated beverages, refined foods. Take more vegetables and fruits and homemade protein rich foods. Don’t skip any meals. Eat small amounts of foods frequently. And detox your body.
