A. Hi as per your baby's age you can start with regular physical activity for atleast 1hr after, take sufficient water and quality sleep , have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken

A. to lose the weight it is important that you take care of your diet you should make sure that you are taking good amount of good amount of water you should also do regular workout which will be helpful for you do intermittent fasting
