You can take with water and if you are having hyperthyroidism along with medicine try to modify your lifestyle and eating habits and limit your carbohydrates intake and start some physical exercise in daily routine and perform yoga and ujjayi pranayam

Hi Mostly these are the tablets you will have to take them with water only I have seen people taking thyroid tablets with water only so what kind of a medicine are you having are you having any kind of a tablet or just like a gummy kind of a thing you are having
