Q.

though brushing everyday his teeth is not looking white. it appears like pale white teeth.. only in the upper side. what is the reason

A. hello mam normally the colour of teeth is not completely white. but if there are patches of white spots then you need to visit a dentist once as he or she will be able to guide you better after checking

A. May Be there is some issue with the teeth only which is why they are little white pale and just try to brush the teeth twice a day and make your child gargle properly after every feed that your child is having or any food that your child is having that will help in maintaining proper hygiene into the teeth
