Why is my daughter getting white spots on her upper teeth?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Maybe oral hygiene is not maintained which is why this could be happening you should maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice in a day morning and in the night before sleeping use a good toothpaste and toothbrush for the child
