Q.

My baby is 8 months old. She has not got any teeth yet. But I could see white dot on the upper side of the gums. Plz let me know whether it is teeth that is erupting. But is it possible that she might get upper teeth first.

A. hello mam do not worry about this as it is a natural process. teething can start anytime between the age of 4-6 months till the age of 18 months. if there is no teeth by the age of 18 months you need to visit a dentist. yes this white spot can be a toorh
