my daughter is 11 months old i can see that she is having small faint white dot on his gums is she is teething? how will I know ? what are the symptoms? what should I do ?

signs of teething are swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature, soarness and itching in the gums, gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to facilitate the eruption process of teeth.

start with calcarae phosphorus a homoeopathic medicine for teething calcarae phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motions green stool itching gums drooling
