Hi all. My boy is 15 months old. he is having two white spots on his front upper teeth. what does it means.. I am brushing his teeth.. Is it a cavity? What is the solution for this. Plz help me

A. hello mam yes it is a cavity it is better to visit a dentist regarding this as he or she will do the necessary treatment after checking the teeth of required.
